If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
02What we don't collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load scripts or fonts from third parties. We do not create accounts or take payments through this website.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from misuse. We do not use this information to identify you.
03How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry
- discuss, quote for and provide our services if you engage us
- keep a record of our correspondence
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.
04Who we share it with
To run this website and handle your enquiry, we use a small number of service providers. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the website, in Sydney, with a global content delivery network.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox by email.
- Google Workspace provides our business email, where enquiries are stored.
We may also disclose information if required or authorised by law.
05Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. We choose established providers with strong security practices.
06How we protect and keep it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Enquiries are kept in our business email, which is protected by access controls and two-factor authentication.
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, to provide our services and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.
07Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@hsr2tech.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days.
08Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please email admin@hsr2tech.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
